Suitable for all levels, with plenty of options so the work feels challenging but achievable.

Pilates Matwork Classes - 50 min sessions - These classes are suitable for all abilities with exercises layered up to challenge the more advanced while the core Pilates principles ensure beginners learn to move well and build strength, endurance and mobility.
