Group Mat class
Our matwork classes blend precise movement with breath and alignment to help you build core strength, improve posture, and move with ease. Whether you're new to Pilates or returning to the mat, you'll be guided through safe, progressive exercises in a supportive, small group setting. Every class is designed to leave you feeling taller, calmer, and more connected to your body.
These are 50 minute sessions
Gentle chair Pilates
Chair Pilates is perfect for anyone who prefers seated or standing support. Using the chair as a base, we explore posture, balance, strength, and mobility in a way that’s safe, accessible, and surprisingly powerful. Ideal for older adults, post-rehab clients, or anyone looking for a gentler way to move well.
These are 45 minute sessions, followed by tea and coffee to allow you to reset and connect with others.
1:1/Small Group
These sessions are designed around you — your posture, your goals, and your body’s unique needs. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing scoliosis, or simply want focused support, we begin with a detailed postural assessment. From there, we build a tailored plan that evolves with you.
Available as 1:1 or small group (2–3 people) 45 minute sessions.
Perfect for clients seeking deeper understanding, safer movement, or more individualised support.
